We encourage our members to use our remote -tech services such as Home Banking–Voice Response Line–ATM/Debit Cards for cash needs–balance transfers–loan transfers- communication. If you need instruction–call for assistance.

If you must enter our office during our reduced hours, please keep 3-6 feet distance between yourself and others as recommended by health professionals. We will only allow two persons to enter the office at a time. You will notice that we have created temporary window shields at our teller windows to protect our staff and you. Please bring your own pen.

As mentioned, we encourage you to make use of our 24-hour Voice Response System ( 315-425-7283 or 315-425-SAVE) and our Home Banking system <> to review account activity. Through online banking you can access your accounts to check balances, make payments using our free Bill pay service, perform transfers, view transactions.

Crouse Credit Union is here to help, and we encourage members who may be impacted to reach out to discuss how we might be of assistance.  With that said we will be announcing the availability of lower cost, short term loans with minimum paperwork to help you with increased costs for childcare, food, medical supplies, transportation.

As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our members, our staff, and our community is a priority. We will continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation closely and share updates as they become available
