We would ask that you come to the credit union in person to open your account. In order expedite your visit and insure the best possible customer service, please call ahead to schedule an appointment. (315-470-7928) Please plan for a visit that will take approximately 20 minutes. If needed please park in Crouse Garage and bring your voucher for 30 minutes parking on us. During your appointment we will go over different services that we offer so that we can design your account to meet your financial needs. Disclosures will be provided and we will answer any questions that you may have.
Accounts can be opened Monday – Friday from 9:00AM to 3:30PM.
Each new member must complete a membership application. To open the account, a $5.00 deposit will open a credit union Share/membership. From there we will discuss if a savings, checking account or both is the right type of account for your particular needs.
Two forms of identification are required. (One form must be government issued picture ID) Generally Drivers License or work ID are the more common.
